Downtown boutique Madison Grace to celebrate fifth anniversary on April 25
On Saturday, April 25, downtown Evanston boutique Madison Grace, 612 Davis St., will celebrate its fifth birthday — and we’re all invited.
From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., owner Angelica D’Costa will be serving up cupcakes and special discounts to mark this special milestone, one that isn’t easy to hit in today’s tough retail environment.
D’Costa said the boutique’s success is all about taking great pieces up a notch while keeping prices reasonable. Spring is in full swing in the store, and the racks are filled with bright colors and flowy fashions.
New boutique Madison Grace looks to become downtown destination
From jeans to jewelry to candles, Madison Grace is a shopping destination for all ages.
The boutique, which opened in downtown Evanston this April, specializes in approachable, wearable women’s clothing. The store, named after its owner’s hometown and middle name, is nestled near Bob’s Pizza and Shang Noodle & Chinese on Davis Street. Warm details scatter throughout the boutique, like bright music and a sign in front of the store that thanks its customers for shopping small.
