We offer free shipping for orders over $50! For orders $49.99 and under, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be added to your order. Customers will receive an email with their tracking number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. US only.
Local Pick Up
Select "Local Pick Up" at check out. No minimum order. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pick up. Bring your order confirmation. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. For Curbside Pick Up, please park directly in front of our store and call us when you're here.
We offer free local delivery within zip codes 60201 and 60202. No minimum order. Select "Free Local Delivery" at check out. Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours.
- Full price items may be returned within 14 days for store credit only.
- All items must be returned with tags attached, in their original condition, unwashed and unworn.
- All returns must include a copy of your invoice.
- Shoes must be sent back in original shoe box. Please pack the shoe box inside another box as the original shoe box must be returned undamaged.
- Swim separates must have hygienic liner and tags attached.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Items purchased online may be returned in store.
- Any items not meeting the above criteria will either be refused or charged a 25% restock fee.
- All clearance items are final sale.
Once we receive your items, a store credit will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are not in their original condition or if tags are not attached.
